上下料机械手的组成结构及运动设置介绍

数控机床上下料机械手是一种模拟人手操作的一种自动控制、可重复编程、多功能、多自由度的操作机(固定式的或是移动式的),用于搬运材料、工件、操持工具或检测装置,完成各种作业的自动化设备。

数控机床上下料机械手主要由于手部和运动机构组成。手部是用来抓持工件(或工具)的部件,根据被抓持物件的形状、尺寸、重量、材料和作业要求而有多种结构形式,如夹持型。托持型和吸附型等。运动机构,使手部完成各种转动(摆动)、机械手配件移动或复合运动来实现规定的动作,改变被抓持物件的位置和姿势。

在应用机床上下料机械手的时候,可以进行运行设置,对数控车床上下料机械手回原点的模式的设置,一般回原点模式设为8,19,或者11等,具体设置要根据伺服说明书进行设置,可以设置回原点的速度,以及运行的速度,高速运行速度参数,低速运行速度,寸动速度等,根基实际要求进行速度参数的设置。
